DRIVING DIRECTIONS
We are located in the heart of downtown Bethesda, Maryland. Our office is at the corner of the intersection of Wisconsin Avenue (Route 355, also known as Rockville Pike), East-West Highway (Route 410), and Old Georgetown Road (Route 187).
COMING BY METRO
Take the Red Line to the Bethesda Station. Other Metro lines and rail lines intersect with the Red Line at several places throughout the region. Take the escalators at the Bethesda Station to the top, and proceed to 3 Metro Center to the left adjacent to the top of the escalators (and enjoy our sculpture and art). We are the building with the 3 Bethesda Metro Center sign and the clock. Take the elevator to the 7th floor.
COMING BY AUTO
Parking: There is parking in our building, but it is much easier and less expensive to park in Public Parking Garage 49 across the street.
- 3 Bethesda Metro Center: $5 for the first hour, $10 additional for hours 2-9, $12 daily max
- Montgomery County Garage 49 (The Metropolitan): $1.00/hour for the first 4 hours, $.75/hour hours 4+, $12.25 daily max
From I-270 & Areas North of Bethesda:
Take 270 South to I-495. At the I-270 split, bear to the left towards Silver Spring. Go a couple of miles and take the first exit on your left (Bethesda [355] Wisconsin Avenue, South). Stay on Wisconsin Avenue passing Bethesda Naval Hospital on the left and NIH on the right. Continue for another ½ mile on Wisconsin Avenue and turn right onto Commerce Lane. Cross Old Georgetown Road (Commerce Lane becomes Edgemoor Lane at this intersection). Public Parking Garage 49 (The Metropolitan) is around the bend on the right. Turn right into Garage 49, park, and exit at the Edgemoor Lane exit. Slightly to your left there is a pedestrian crosswalk; cross the bus entrance and go past Metro Printing to the glass doors on the right to 3 Bethesda Metro Center. Take the elevator to the 7th floor.
If you wish to park in our building instead, cross Old Georgetown Road (Commerce Lane becomes Edgemoor Lane at this intersection) and proceed to Woodmont Avenue. Turn left onto Woodmont Avenue, and take the first available left into the parking garage. Park and look for the door to 3 Bethesda Metro Center. Note the color and picture to remember your parking level and entrance. Take the elevator to the 7th floor.
From Beltway from Silver Spring, Baltimore:
Take the Beltway (I-495) towards Northern Virginia. Take exit 33, MD-185/Connecticut Ave., and turn left heading south towards Chevy Chase. At the 6th light (about 1 mile) make a right turn onto East/West Highway, Route 410. Follow into the heart of Bethesda and remain in the right two lanes as you approach the intersection of Wisconsin Avenue. Cross over Wisconsin onto Old Georgetown Road and make the first left onto Edgemoor Lane. Public Parking Garage 49 (The Metropolitan) is on the right. Turn right into Garage 49, park, and exit at the Edgemoor Lane exit. Slightly to your left there is a pedestrian crosswalk; cross the bus entrance and go past Metro Printing to the glass doors on the right to 3 Bethesda Metro Center. Take the elevator to the 7th floor.
If you wish to park in our building instead, cross over Wisconsin Avenue onto Old Georgetown Road and make the first left onto Edgemoor Lane. From DC:
Take Wisconsin Avenue (355) north into Bethesda. Turn left onto Old Georgetown Road at the intersection of Wisconsin and East-West Hwy. Turn left at the first light onto Edgemoor Lane. Take the Beltway (I-495) from Virginia. Take Exit 36 (Old Georgetown Road) to Bethesda. Go 2.5 miles on Old Georgetown Road. Turn right, at the dead end, onto Woodmont Avenue. Look for the blue signs for Public Parking Garage 49 (The Metropolitan). Turn left into Garage 49, park, and exit at the Edgemoor Lane exit. Slightly to your left there is a pedestrian crosswalk; cross the bus entrance and go past Metro Printing to the glass doors on the right to 3 Bethesda Metro Center. Take the elevator to the 7th floor.
